One of Arkio's main features is the possibility to design in real-time with up to 10 other users located anywhere in the world. To start a multi-user session, select the meetings icon in the Utilities menu or screen UI.
When starting or joining a meeting the following details need to be filled
Username: your avatar name that will be displayed to other users in the meeting
Company ID: your company name or acronym that keep your design session private except for people that know this ID (needs to be at least 3 letters)
Room Name: gives the meeting a name that's relevant to your project
All users must enter the identical Company ID and Room Name to join the same meeting.
The first user to join a meeting becomes the Meeting Master. All users joining thereafter have the capacity to make changes to the model but are not able to make a switch between scenes unless they become the master. Active users names will be visible in the multi-user panel and the scene by their corresponding color and name tag.

Custom content like locally loaded images, 3D model and map data are also shared with all meeting participants so everyone's always looking at the same scene to collaborate and discuss the things visible.
All modeling operations are simultaneous, all users have the same (state/instance) of the current model. Modeling operations done by one user can be undone by other users.
You can set your mic settings and mute yourself by selecting the microphone icon. If you don't hear any sound via your VR headset please make sure the speaker settings in Windows are properly set to the headset and not some other speaker.
