As Arkio is still under heavy development it gets updated regularly, and this sometimes causes conflicts with older save files on your device. To fix this and any problems that might be caused by your user-data and asset imports to Arkio you can clean the following files.

If you are experiencing problems with opening Arkio it might help to delete/backup the files in that folder.
Your imported models in Arkio are converted to our format in this location:
If you are experiencing problems when loading custom models it's good to clean both that and the import model folder:

if you experiencing strange startup and loading issues on iOS or Android it may help to completely remove the app from your device and install it again using the Google Play Store or Apple TestFlight.
